Exemplar Quarterly
Volume 1, Issue 1 (Fall ‘23)

Volume 1, Issue 1 debuts two incredible coffees combined with the first issue of Exemplar Quarterly.

Blue Label:
Mexico, Union San Pedro

Beautifully structured and complex, this coffee bursts with blood orange and is underpinned by tea-like florals. A creamy milk chocolate body gives way to a long caramel finish.

Green Label:
Rwanda, Shyira

Wonderfully sweet and elegant. Tart raspberry acidity develops into decadent florals & candied lemon with hints of tropical fruit.

Our first edition of Exemplar Quarterly comes packed full of resources, research, articles, recipes and history on both of our debut coffees.
Writing comes from Mat North (Raw Material)
Thomas Pingen (Red Beetle Coffee Lab)
Sven Van Melkebeke (Ghent Museum of Industry)
Jordan Buchanan (UCSD)
Sam Bell (28)
Jamie Hawthorne (Oh! Donuts)
Phil Magowan (Founder – Exemplar Coffee)

Exemplar Quarterly
