Returns POLICY
All coffee ordered from our website is roasted, quality checked, and dispatched for delivery to you within 48 hours of roasting. Coffee is a perishable product, so we’re unable to accept returns on your coffee order.
We aim to ensure that you get the best quality coffee, and that you are able to brew it to your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order contents, or if you are dissatisfied with your coffee or other Exemplar products in any way, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order at phil@exemplarcoffee.com . I may be able to offer you an exchange, refund, or recommend alternative products that suit your needs better.
