Exemplar is a quarterly coffee roasting and research project dedicated to celebrating groundbreaking coffee. Each of our coffees are curated with flavour and innovation at the forefront. This is the world of coffee beyond your cup.
ROAST

Once we’ve selected our coffees, we begin the arduous process of roasting, tasting and refining profiles before we release them to the world. Every roast is cupped, quality checked, and approved before it leaves Exemplar HQ.
BREW

We collaborate with gold-tier cafes to ensure that Exemplar ends up in trustworthy hands. Each issue of Exemplar Quarterly comes brimming with notes from expert baristas, telling you how they’re brewing the coffee, and what flavour profiles they’re aiming to derive with their method and recipes of choice.
